POLISHED SOUL RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Polished Soul is dedicated to maintaining the highest level of quality of our pieces. Please note that each piece has its own character and charm, much like the individual who chooses to wear it. With handmade items, no two pieces are the same, and minor imperfections are expected. These minor imperfections are not considered faults or damage. Tarnishing or dulling of silver and gold is a natural oxidation process, not a defect. To prevent tarnishing and ensure the longevity of your jewellery, please refer to the recommended care information under the FAQs section. 

 I want my customers to be happy with their purchases. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let me know within 7 days of receipt of your purchase, so that I may understand the issue. Please refer to the below returns & refund policy.

Returns & refund policy 

  • Polished Soul does not offer refunds for change of mind. Instead, a store credit may be issued, excluding postage costs incurred by Polished Soul. Return/additional shipping costs are your responsibility.
  • Requests for return will only be considered within 7 days of receipt of purchase and items must be returned in original, unused condition within 14 days of purchase. Please contact me asap should there be an issue.
  • Returned items must be unworn, unused and with original undamaged packaging. NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, OR CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED FOR ITEMS RETURNED IN USED OR DAMAGED CONDITION. This includes the items being dull, dirty, scratched, dented, bent or broken. All packaging must be returned undamaged.
  • Items are to be returned within 14 days to the address which will be supplied and must be safely packaged so that they are not damaged in the return post. 
  • Polished Soul will not be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment. It is recommended you organise a tracking number and secure postage.
  • If eligible, replacement/refund/store credit will be issued once the returned item has been received, assessed by Polished Soul, and the above conditions have been satisfied.
  • Unless damaged upon receipt, returns and exchanges are not offered on sale items nor items purchased in person (e.g. at Market Stalls).
  • Goods damaged due to negligence and mishandling of jewellery will not be accepted for return or refund. Mishandling of jewellery can include scratching, dropping, knocking on things, inappropriate storage, overstretching, forcing, pulling on the piece as well as not taking recommended care of the pieces (e.g. poor storage, wearing in swimming pool/ water, wearing around chemicals and perfumes, when exercising and everyday wear and tear). Please refer to care guidelines in our FAQs.
  • Polished Soul reserves the right to deny a refund, credit, or exchange if the above conditions have not been met.
  • Commissioned purchases: Please note that unless faulty, one-off commissioned pieces are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange. This is because they have been made specifically for you and are not part of my standard range.

To request a return

To request a return use the Contact Me page within 7 days of delivery and provide the following details:

  • Which item you would like to return
  • Reason for returning
  • Your contact details 
  • If you believe the item is faulty or damaged, I will contact you for a photo and further details.
