Shipping policy

Free Standard Shipping Australia wide for orders $75 and over, and to New Zealand for orders $150 and over.

We ship Australia wide and now also to New Zealand using Australia Post. Unfortunately we currently do not offer International Shipping to any other locations.

We will endeavour to ship ready made/ available items within 2-3 business days of purchase. 

For items that are made to order, please allow 1-4 weeks for your order to be made and ready to ship (unless otherwise specified). I will contact you via email or phone to advise you if I am experiencing any delays. Please let me know if you require your item by a specific date and I will let you know if I am able to meet your required time frame.

All items in your order will be shipped together and will not be shipped separately. Should your order contain ready-made items and made-to-order items, all items will be shipped once your made-to-order items are completed. Should you require your ready-made items sooner, I recommend you order your ready-made items in a separate order to your made-to-order items.

You will be provided with a tracking number to track your order once it is with Australia Post.

We are not liable for missing or stolen shipments however, we will endeavour to help you find your parcel. If Australia Post advises that your delivery has arrived but you did not receive it. Please contact us ASAP. If you opt for your package to be delivered without signature and to to be left unattended when you are not home, there will be no evidence to show that you did not receive the delivery. We recommend that you opt for the delivery to be left at the post office if you are not home at the time of delivery. 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates Australia Wide:

  • Standard Shipping is a flat rate of $10 Australia wide. (Australia Post estimates 2-8 business days for delivery.)
  • Express Shipping is $14.95 Australia wide. (Australia Post estimates 1-4 business days for delivery)
  • Free Standard Shipping Australia wide for orders $75 and over. (Australia Post estimates 2-8 business days for delivery).
  • Upgrade fee standard shipping to express $4.95

Shipping rates and delivery estimates to New Zealand:

  • Standard Shipping is a flat rate of $18AUD shipping to NZ with tracking & signature on delivery (Australia Post estimates 2-8 business days for delivery.)
  • Express Shipping is $25AUD to NZ with tracking & signature on delivery. (Australia Post estimates 1-4 business days for delivery)
  • Free Standard Shipping to NZ for orders $150AUD and over. (Australia Post estimates 2-8 business days for delivery).

Important note re International Orders:

International customers are responsible for paying any customs duties or taxes, should they be applicable. If you refuse to pay this your order will returned to me. Only once I receive your returned order can I issue a refund.
